How do I place an order?

1) This store is only for Offineeds Employees. If you are a Offineeds Employee, you can create an account on Offineeds Official BrandStore by using your official Company email address. You will receive an email asking to confirm your account creation. Search for this email even in your spam, promotion or others folder. If you haven't received the email, please write to shop@officialbrand.store from your official email id. We will manually activate your account.

2) Validate your email by logging into your mailbox and activating your account by clicking the link sent to you. Once activated you can login and browse through the range of products.

3) Add your selected products to the shopping cart and update the quantity you want to order.

4) Update your address and contact details, as we will need to deliver your consignment and update you on the order status of the consignment.

5) Initiate your payment through the payment gateway. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive an order no. with the status of the order update against your account. If there are problems in making your online payments then call us on +91 8088009009 or write to us on shop@officialbrand.store from your official email id, and we will resolve the issue.

6) You can check your order status against your order ID for tracking till the consignment is delivered to you.

 

What modes of payment does the store support?

The website supports all major Credit cards and Debit cards including Net banking and major digital wallets. The website does not support Cash On Delivery (COD).

No. This website is only for Offineeds Employees

 

Are there any limits in purchase?

No. You can purchase any items listed on the website and up to any amount and quantity.

All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses so as to avoid any form of damage. Depending on the product, they are either packed in tamper-proof courier envelopes or in corrugated boxes as required.

 

I would like additional customization on the product. Is that possible?

Some products have a feature where your name can be customised. If this is applicable on a product, you will see a mention of the same against the product on the website

Return Policy & Order issues

Return Policy

Offineeds Official Brandstore is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our 7-Day Replacement Guarantee. If you encounter any issues, damages, or defects with your product, notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

 In order to get a defective item replaced, 

  • Email us on shop@officialbrand.store within 7 days of receipt of the goods. 
  • The defective product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately. 

Note: If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact our Customer Service on +91-8088009009, and we will have the issue resolved quickly. 

 Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 7 Day Replacement Guarantee, viz: 

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product. 
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

  • For any accessories product delivered with a defect, customers must share a clear unboxing video to be eligible for a return or exchange. Requests without an unboxing video will not be processed.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be credited to the account or card used for the original payment. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. If you cancel before the shipment, the entire order amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once it has been dispatched or delivered.
